If I don’t have a PayPal account, and I want to pay with my credit card, what should I do?

Steps : Go to Checkout > Continue Checkout >tick the: PayPal Save time. Check out securely > Continue Checkout > Confirm The Order >Don’t Have A PayPal Account?> (fill in the information) Review and Continue [SETTLE]

What happens if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?

Health Coach Holistic Care has partnered with courier service for the delivery of your order. If you are not at your delivery address when the delivery company attempts delivery, you will receive a notice advising you of the attempted delivery. The courier company will keep the parcel for you at the nearest courier offices until you can pick it up. Delivery to PO Boxes are not acceptable. You may also like to consider using your work address for the delivery of your order. International delivery processes will depend on your country’s postal system.

I’ve changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?

Please contact us right away or email us. As we process orders promptly, your order may have already been sent. If your order has already been sent, you can post it back to us unopened and in original condition for a full refund (less postage costs and 25 % re -stocking fee). Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for further information.

Do not see it on your product catalog, can you still help me get it?

Yes. The products on our website are only what is in our normal range. We are happy to source other products for you, please email us at healthcoachcare@gmail.com and let us know what you are looking for.

Why are Health Coach Holistic Care Online's prices so much cheaper than retail pharmacies?

Our business model is based on high turnover and low margins, which enables us to deliver lower prices than a suburban retail pharmacy. As our turnover is higher we can negotiate lower prices from our suppliers which we are able to pass on to you.

What happens if an item I order is not in stock?

Occasionally products may be out of stock after you have placed your order. We will contact you by phone or email to seek your instructions – either to cancel the product, wait for the product to come back into stock or provide an alternative product.

How do I edit or change my order?

If you would like to add to or change your order please contact us as soon as possible.

Is free delivery applicable to oversea and local purchases?

No, all delivery charges have to be borne by purchasers.
